giving the meaning of life a future
My works of art are realizations with different degrees of abstraction.
It is important to me to take up aspects of the "eternal truth" because it is associated with a donation of meaning and immortality.
The topic is, among other things, the now-human with his perception changed by digitization and, above all, his changed relation to nature and the consequences of the mixing of perceptions-levels in the virtual and real world.
Technically, three-dimensional elements are often used in my works with refer to the image plane. That is due to the intention to show different living-worlds of the now-person and to ,,highlight" and to increase the possibility of identification for the viewer.
In addition, the three-dimensionality and superficial representation take effect
of the human aspect, to be not necessarily connected with the image plane (earth).
Man's place on earth is not a total amalgamation with it, but rather that of a visitor.
As a person of global communication, I have been interested in dealing with the factors, that have a major impact on human life today.
Topics are digitization, genetic-technology, the growing brutality in social interaction, the absolutization of rational intelligence and nearly complete neglect of emotional intelligence and its effects on human thought and action.
This raises questions about coping opportunities with regard to emerging polarities.
Groundbreaking scientific findings in physics (quantum physics), which i.a. address the power of our thinking are changing the world.
This offers completely new approaches in
reaching connections. In psychology, medicine, sociology, etc., new ideas take effect.
These themes find their way into my art, which is not surprising, since an artist's thoughts and feelings have an unconditional effect on his art.
With my art I want u. a. on the
human-lying approaches to overcoming the human allude to overarching themes.
With my art I would like to focus on the
approaches to overcoming human problems that lie in humans.

About me
To person:
Gisela Spielberg, born as Gisela Linnenkugel,
born November 8th, 1964 in
Münster / Westphalia
married, one son
• In-depth experience
• Touch and argument
with imperishable themes
• the lived life with
• real demands on people
and its further development,
were and are formative components for me as a person and artist.
In this respect, my artist vita is that of a person who has matured through the school of life.
The expression of essence transformed in my art speaks for itself. The authenticity of my work can be felt and is what defines it.
My "being an artist" springs from one
certain essential-disposition.
I certainly belong to the type of artist
with a special perception and thought- structure.
Intense perceptions, the interest
in the eternal aspects of life, a sense of mission and the ability to express this in artistic implementation, characterize this special type.
This can also be a person who does not
create a work in this sense, but lives his
life in a special way.
Many may even be artists without even knowing it!
